Please Read This Information Carefully Before Applying Online
Application Methods
- You can apply online in the following manner:
- College website – College Website
- Visit your nearest Tshwane North Campus for online walk-in assistance.
You can use any of the following devices to apply: Cell phone, Laptop, Tablet, or Computer.
Only applications received during the specified period will be considered. Applications received after the closing date will not be processed.
This is an application process, not an acceptance offer.
Please apply on time as spaces are limited, and preference is given to students based on merit and learners from our catchment area.
Documents Required for Application
Ensure you have the following documents in digital format (PDF) for uploading when requested:
- Grade 12 certificate/Statement of results or School report – whichever is applicable
- ID Document
- Proof of residence
This is for First Time Applicants Only – if you skip a Trimester, Semester, or Year, you are regarded as a new applicant.
Application Notifications
Successful applicants will be notified via SMS/Email to come and register, only after the closing date of the application regarding the outcome and information about the registration and enrolment process.
The College does not charge any administration or registration fees.
Please apply for a NSFAS Bursary – www.nsfas.org.za
You can track your progress on your student portal or be assisted on campus.

3 Easy Steps to Your Online Application
Step 1: Career Guidance Exploration
Complete the career guidance process to ensure you choose the right career.
You can explore careers and come back at any time or on another day to complete Step 2 and Step 3. Just remember to keep your Username and Password.
- Once registered using the "First Time Here?" button, complete everything in the "pre-entry information" folder.
- Click on each button and complete all the screening batteries in this folder.
- Complete all questions, even if you do not know the answers.
- Click the "Finish" button at the end of each assessment.
Notes:
- Doing this assessment screening is COMPULSORY, but you still have the right to choose your own course based on your preference.
- You will be requested to sign an acknowledgment that you prefer to make your own choice.
- Your report can be viewed and saved by you.
- Please follow instructions and answer honestly.
- Do not let anyone else complete this screening for you, as you may be recommended for the wrong course.
Step 2: Placement Assessment
Log into your profile and complete the literacy, numeracy, and course selection assessments.
Notes:
- Doing the Placement Assessment is COMPULSORY.
- This is not a pass or fail test.
- Do not let anyone else complete this assessment for you.
- The information will assist in guiding you to become a successful student.
Step 3: Online Application
Without this final step, we cannot assess your application.
- Complete all sections.
- Upload your documents in PDF format when requested.
- Incomplete applications cannot be processed.
- Remember to click the "Submit" button when done.
Important Notice
- Expect an answer after the closing date.
- Notifications are sent via SMS or Email.
- If you lose your username or password, you can reset and recover it using the "Returning User" button.
