DURATION: 3 Year Fixed Term Contract
REQUIREMENTS: 3 year Tertiary Qualification in Administration and/or Public Relation & Marketing. 1 – 3 year experience in administration, marketing, sales/business development. Experience in entrepreneurial development. Knowledge of SMMEs and/or incubation industry. Project management experience. Computer literacy: MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal English and marketing communications. Experience in public relations.
DUTIES: Responsible for assisting the SMMEs and Rapid Incubator in all areas of marketing and administration from the development elements to their execution. Assisting with market research and reporting writing. Responsible for maintaining the Centre’s website and other social marketing tools and managing Inquiries generated by visitors to the website. Responsible for handling of the petty cash. Provide input to the budgets. Monitoring the budget levels by collecting financial data. Ordering/dispatching supplies. Provide advice to the Centre’s clients on marketing-related issues. Provide administrative support. Data capturing. Reception/front desk. Diary management. Assisting in achieving the sales target of the SMMEs. Encouraging SMMEs to incorporate innovative methods of marketing to their enterprises.
