POST: PROJECTS OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

SALARY: R128 925.00 per annum (Cost to Company)

CENTRE: Pretoria Campus 

DURATION: August 2023 to March 2026

REQUIREMENTS: Matric certificate/National Certificate (Vocational) level 4. A relevant N6 Certificate in Management assistant and 18 Months Work Integrated learning in project Management. Computer Literacy be able to uses excel, power point, word, access. Knowledge of managing the office. Knowledge of CETA uploading system and Indicium. Knowledge of project management planning and procedures. Knowledge of QCTO process and different SETAS. Valid driver's license.

 

DUTIES:  Project administration. Assessment reports are processed and safely stored. Consolidate quarterly reports. Administer all projects meetings and ensure procurement of all project’s requirements and needs. Initiate claims as per tranches for the college, finalize and submit for send through to the funder. Upload learners and their results on SETA/QCTO database. Handling the certification of learners and their results on SETA/QCTO database.
