POST: MODERATOR FOR BREAD AND CONFECTIONERY

REMUNERATION:  Market related rate as prescribed by ETQA.

DURATION: 1 Week 

CENTRE: Pretoria Campus 

REF NO: TNC/PTA/24 – 01/12

 

REQUIREMENTS: Subject matter experts (Diploma in Bread and confectionery/baking) OR equivalent qualification. A registration as a moderator with FOOD & BEVERAGES SETA. Understanding of moderation policy/guides. 

 

DUTIES AS THE MODERATOR:  To meet with assessor prior moderation to discuss moderation plan. Moderate all available files as per skill programme. Give feedback to assessor. Develop moderation report and submit it to the Quality Assuring Body for verification. To meet with evaluators/verifiers from Quality Assuring Body during evaluation process of the files.

  

APPLICATIONS: Applications must be submitted on the fully completed new Z83 form obtainable from any Public Service Department, and MUST include a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae, copies of qualifications, transcript of the highest qualification, ID.  All required documents need not be certified when applying for a post, only shortlisted candidates for the post will be required to submit certified documents on or before the day of the interview following communication from HR.  Please ensure that your completed application form includes a reference number and the position you are applying for.

Successful candidates will be subjected to a vetting and financial disclosure process. They will be required to sign a Performance Agreement.
