POST: Supervisor: (Fashion Factory)
SALARY: R211 713.00 plus 37% in lieu of benefits

DURATION: 3 Year Fixed Term Contract

REQUIREMENTS: Matric certificate plus an appropriate M+3 Qualification (National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree) in Clothing production / Fashion Design. 2 years of industry experience as a supervisor in the Fashion / Clothing factory, Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) will be an added advantage. Knowledge of legislation governing the sector.
DUTIES: Oversee manufacturing operations and supervise operators. Maintain budget and make sure materials are available. All times to meet deadlines. Plan production meetings, production activities, worker schedules, and machine maintenance schedules. Control product quality by making sure that the product meets the level of quality demanded by the customer Improve productivity. Investigate the root cause of poor product quality and come up with solutions.
