Tshwane North TVET College would like to invite suitably qualified, innovative, result-orientated and self – driven candidates to apply for the vacant contract position at Mamelodi Campus.

 

Facilitator: Carpenter (Re-advertisement)

SALARY:  R22 500.00 Cost to Company 

DURATION: December 2022 – March 2023 (4 Months Fixed contract)

CENTRE: Mamelodi Campus

REF NO: TNC/MC/22 – 11/12

 

REQUIREMENTS: • National Diploma or N6 Certificate or any relevant qualification in Carpentry• Artisan qualification. • Minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience. • Must be computer literate (MS Office packages/Management Information System). • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). • Organising, planning and administrative skills. • Ability to monitor students’ performances and provide feedback in an objective and professional manner. • Ability to relate to the students in a professional manner and promote a conducive teaching and learning environment. • Valid Driver’s License. • Registered with NAMB as an assessor and moderator will be added advantage. • Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality Assurance.

 

DUTIES:  • Conduct theoretical/practical classes as per the qualification requirements • Organize relevant curricular activities to ensure that the subject, learning area of the learners are conducted in a proper manner • Assess and record the attainment of learner achievements • Assist with the issuing and management of learning resources and equipment • Monitor the Work placement for students •      Report and account for student performance in their programmes • Record and report on absenteeism and perform other relevant duties within the ambit of teaching and learning.
