POST: Admin clerk: (Fashion Factory)
SALARY: R176 310.00 plus 37% in lieu of benefits

DURATION: 3 Year Fixed Term Contract

REQUIREMENTS: Matric certificate plus an appropriate M+3 Qualification (National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree) in Clothing production / Fashion Design. 1-year industry experience as an administrator in the Fashion / Clothing factory. Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) will be an added advantage Knowledge of legislation governing the sector.
DUTIES:
Responsible for all office coordination. Control the receiving and issuing out of material. Record the produced stock. Responsible for all office coordination. organize projects. Must perform all the administrative tasks in the fashion factory. Make sure that the stock is safely stored and recorded Additional competencies. Ability to work under pressure. Can work independently and in a team. Good writing skills and accurate reporting Skills. Excellent communication skills
