SALARY LEVEL: R176 310 per annum plus 37% in Lieu of benefits

DURATION: 3 Year contract

REQUIREMENTS: Matric certificate / National Certificate Vocational Level 4 certificate. A relevant National Diploma/Degree in Finance or equivalent qualification. Project management will be recommended. Knowledge of Project planning and management Procedures, Practices and Techniques of Public Finance Management Act, OQSF (Occupational Qualification Sub framework as amended, Skills Development Act 97 of 1988 as amended and NQF Act related regulations. Knowledge of (Word, Excel, Access, Power point presentation. Knowledge of Occupational Qualification will be an added advantage. A valid Driver’s licence.

DUTIES:

? Control over daily use of the NSF budget. Administrate learners’ stipends. Keep records of all payments made and procured items.

? Compile financial reports.

?Report financial flow to project manager and project team.

? Ensure deadlines are met as per the SLA.

? Resolve client queries.

? Daily payment releasing of electronic transfers

? Monitoring recons of cash book and creditors.

? Monitoring daily recons of Assets and Liabilities Monthly compilation of financials.

? Understand, process and monitor daily recons.

? Resolve and follow up on recons.

? Maintain records and required regulatory reporting to ensure optimal controls within the context of Securities Admin, using technology as appropriate.

? Monitoring and reporting of possible risks within the environment.
