REQUIREMENTS: 

Senior Certificate or equivalent plus an appropriate National Diploma in Management Assistant/Office Administration or any relevant field. 18 months experience in student administration. Knowledge of computer hardware, software and programs. Practical knowledge of the Adapt IT [ITS] system.

DUTIES: 

Capture students’ registration data into the ITS system from available records. 

Provide administrative support to the Head of Department by capturing student marks, weekly attendance etc. into the ITS system. 

Verify query missing data errors observed during data entry. 

Review and validate all data from records. Submit data, Make regular backups of data. 

Update registers and statistics. Keep and maintain records and files. 

Ensure records are properly sorted and secured. Provide information to faculties/divisions as and when required
