DURATION: 3 Year Fixed Term Contract

SALARY: R 176 310.00 plus 37% in lieu of benefits

REQUIREMENTS:

3-year Tertiary Qualification in Administration and/or Sales & Marketing. 3-5 years’ experience in administration, marketing, sales/business development. Experience in enterprise development. Knowledge of SMMEs and /or incubation industry. Project management experience. Computer literacy: MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Report writing skills and problem-solving. Experience in media relations, and marketing communications. Experience in public relations.

 

DUTIES:

Responsible for assisting the SMMEs and Rapid Incubator in all areas of marketing and administration from the development elements to their execution. Assisting with market research and report writing. Responsible for maintaining the Centre’s website and other social marketing tools and managing inquiries generated by visitors to the website. Responsible for the handling of petty cash. Provide input to the budgets. Monitoring the budget levels by collecting financial data. Ordering/dispatching supplies. Provide advice to the Centre’s clients on marketing-related issues. Provide administrative support. Data capturing. Reception/front desk. Diary management. Assisting in achieving the sales target of the SMMEs. Encouraging SMMEs to incorporate innovative methods of marketing to their enterprises.
