SALARY: R270 498.00 per annum plus 37% in Lieu of Benefits

Requirements: An appropriate Matric plus National Diploma N6 or any relevant qualification in Hairdressing plus Teachers Diploma (RQV13). Artisanship qualification in Afro, Gents and Ladies Caucasian is a requirement. Minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching experience. Salon exposure/experience will be an added advantage. Registered with NAMB as an assessor and moderator.
DUTIES: Ability to relate to the students in a professional manner and promote a conducive teaching and learning environment. Ability to monitor students’ performances and provide feedback in an objective and professional manner. Knowledge of Services Seta and QCTO. Knowledge of subject matter and understanding of Curriculum/Assessment? Policies/Guidelines that govern Curriculum delivery and Assessments at TVET Sector. Understanding of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation in the context of teaching and learning. Experience in curriculum delivery and conduct of assessments. Managing curricula implementation and assessments, resources, student welfare, support, and student achievements. Experience in managing students class attendance. Understanding of personnel development, coaching and mentoring. Computer literacy (Information System skill. MS Office packages/Management
