SALARY: R47,75.00 per hour

DURATION: 01 January 2026 to 01 December 2026

Requirements: Have Diploma in Clothing production qualifications and have a Minimum of a year as clothing floor supervisor experience in a cooperate wear factory and has experience in administration of a clothing factory.Required Skills: Leadership and communication skills. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail, quality-focused mindset. Knowledge of production processes, garment construction. Familiarity with labour laws and safety regulations.

Duties: Production Oversight: Supervise daily production activities, ensuring targets are met. Quality Control: Monitor garment quality, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions. Staff Management: Lead, motivate, and train production staff, addressing performance issues. Workflow Management: Plan, coordinate, and allocate resources (machinery, materials, labor). Communication: Liaise between management, production teams, and other departments. Issue Resolution: Address production issues, implementing solutions, and minimizing downtime. Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to regulations and standards. Monitor production schedules, updating management on progress. Conduct quality checks, ensuring specifications are met. Implement process improvements, optimizing efficiency. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Manage inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing resource use.
