Nature of Appointment: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Salary: R193 359 per annum (Level 4) plus 37% in lieu of benefits

Centre: Rosslyn, Soshanguve South and Temba Campus – Ref: TNC/CO/26-01/4

 

REQUIREMENTS: Senior Certificate or equivalent plus a Recognized National Diploma in Human Resource Management/Development (NQF level 6). A valid driver's license. Persal knowledge will be an added advantage.

 

DUTIES: Recruitment and selection (Advertisements, appointments, transfers, verification of qualifications, secretariat functions at interviews, absorptions, probationary periods etc). Implement conditions of services (leave, housing, medical, injury on duty, long service recognition, overtime, relocation, pension, allowances, PILIR etc.). Performance management. Termination of services

Tshwane North College for Technical and Vocational Education and Training would like to invite suitably qualified, innovative, result-orientated and self – driven candidates to apply for the vacant Fixed Term Contract Positions.
