INVITATION TO ALL PROSPECTIVE PROVIDERS OF GOODS; SERVICES AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES INDUSTRY (ALL CIBD GRADES AND CATEGORIES) TO REGISTER ON THE TSHWANE NORTH TVET COLLEGE SUPPLIERS D ATABASE

In compliance with Tshwane North TVET College (TNC) Supply Chain Management Policy, prospective providers of goods and services to Tshwane North TVET College must be registered on the supplier database.

Service/product providers must submit their applications on the prescribed forms with the following documentation:

1. Company profile
2. Proof of company registration (CIPC Document)
3. Valid Certified ID Copies of all members/directors of company
4. Original Tax Clearance Certificate Written confirmation that SARS may on an ongoing basis and disclose the bidder’s tax compliance status;
5. Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database;
6. Banking details to be verified on Central Supplier Database
7. CIDB Registration, where applicable
8. Certified copy of BBBEE status level of contributor Certificate

All suppliers who have applied previously would be no need to re-apply

Construction Companies must register on the CIDB database. In terms of the Supply Chain Management Policy the College is obliged to use the CIDB registered Contractors. Tshwane North TVET College will accept forms from Construction Companies, and must comply with CIDB AND indicate the grade & category (i.e. 1PE)

Application from blacklisted companies/directors/persons appearing on the National Treasury Database of restricted Suppliers and prohibited from conducting business with public entities, will not be considered. All suppliers must indicate a maximum of Five (5) Commodities for their respective services/goods for consideration and inclusion into the database.

Closing date for submission of the database forms is on the 31 March 2021

Tshwane North TVET College is not obliged to appoint the lowest bidder or any bid may not necessarily be accepted and no reason will be given by the college. The college reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the bid anytime also reserves the right not to accept any submission and may re-advertise if it so wishes. Bids will be evaluated and adjudicated according to Tshwane North TVET College’s Supply Chain Management Policy, Procurement Policy Framework Act No. 5 of 2000, PFMA (Act No. 5 of 1999) and the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, No. 53 of 2003.
