Tshwane North TVET College in hereby invites prospective bidders with a proven relevant record to bid for the following bids:

All bids/ tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box at the following address: Central Office, Cnr Kgosi Mampuru (former Potgieter) and Pretorius Streets.
Proposals / Bids must be in a sealed envelope and submitted in the Box on or before the closing date and time. - Proposals / Bids submitted by fax, email and late proposal / bids will not be accepted.-ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE OFFICIAL FORMS -ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION MUST BE COMPLETED (FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN YOUR BID BEING DISQUALIFIED}:

Tshwane North TVET College is not obliged to appoint the lowest bidder or any bid may not necessarily be accepted and no reason will be given by the college. The college reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the bid anytime also reserves the right not to accept any submission and may re-advertise if it so wishes.
Bids will be evaluated and adjudicated according to Tshwane North TVET College's Supply Chain Management Policy, Procurement Policy Framework Act No. 5 of 2000, PFMA (Act No. 5 of 1999) and the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, No. 53 of 2003.
